To help prepare students for the demands of this technological society, English Village and Lakeshore Elementary Schools have become the District's Signature School of Communication and Technology. The schools operate under a Balanced Literacy Framework, which addresses students' varied needs. The goal is to improve thier abilities to read, write, listen and speak through the use of technology.
